He is a Merrimack College Graduate, a CBR (Certified Buyers Representative), a GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) an an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional). A commitment to professionalism in the real estate industry led to an over a decade of service as a director of the Eastern Middlesex Association of Realtors, and a term as EMAR president. Chris served as 1994 Strategic Planning Committee chairperson for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors. He was EMAR’s 1995 Realtor of the Year.
Whether guiding buyers through the trials of 1st purchase, assisting 2nd home trade up clients, or easing empty-nesters transitioning to a new lifestyle my market understanding, knowledge and performance is top flight.
I've been a first-time buyer seminar speaker since the mid 1990’s. It is a real pleasure educating and guiding first timers towards their new home.

Chris is married to Karen (Post) Barrett. She is also involved in the town serving as a two-sport varsity head coach at Wakefield Memorial High School. Chris and Karen live in Wakefield and, between them, have three thriving young adults and two beautiful grandchildren.
